Clack Cartridge Tank Sediment/Chloramine Filter delivers two stages of advanced filtration in one durable cartridge. Chlorine is easily removed with standard filters, but it can leave behind unpleasant tastes, odors, and harmful disinfection byproducts such as trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs). 

Engineered with a dual-gradient structure, Hydro-Cure® features an outer melt blown layer to capture larger particulates and a tighter catalytic carbon inner layer to trap fine sediment and reduce chloramine. The result is cleaner, better-tasting water and protection for downstream equipment. A rigid center core and dual O-ring seals ensure a secure, leak-free fit and consistent performance throughout the cartridge’s service life—ideal for municipal water supplies where chloramine is present.
