By 1960, Clack Soft Water evolved into a manufacturing and distribution company for OEM assemblers. Introduced the 609 brass control valve, improved steel tank durability with epoxy liners and enamel coatings, and expanded distribution of Ionac C249 resin, Erie control valves, and Apex fiberglass tanks. Also manufactured 369 Manumatic valves, brine valves, and BIRM® iron-removal media.
