Clack Corporation operates at four locations, two in Wisconsin, a manufacturing facility in Rogers, Arkansas and a distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, California.  We have approximately 250 employees.  Some operations run 24 hours a day, seven day a week so we have a variety of shifts to choose from.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.  Employees working an average of 30 hours or more are eligible for prorated portion of our benefits package.

Benefit Plan Highlights

Health Care

· Medical-  Your medical choices could include either the traditional fee-for-service plan or a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), where available.  Both employee and the company share the cost for health insurance.  Your premium portion is made on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction.

· Dental  –The dental plan includes coverage for preventative care, basic services, major/restorative care and orthodontia.  Both you and the company share the cost for dental insurance. Your premium portion is made on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction.

· Flexible Spending Plan - Flexible-spending accounts are available for dependent care, non-reimbursed medical/dental expenses, and your individual medical insurance premiums. You contribute to the plan and then receive reimbursement for eligible expenses on a tax-favored basis.

· Vision Plan - This is a discount plan on glasses, frames and contacts at select providers.

Income Protection

· Short Term Disability – If you are disabled due to a non-work related injury/illness you may be eligible for disability benefits.  The company pays this premium.

· Term Life Insurance –The term life insurance benefit is equivalent to 1.5 times your base wage up to a maximum of $150,000.  Clack Corporation pays this premium.

· Accidental Death & Dismemberment – This benefit is equivalent to 1.5 times your base wage.  The company also pays this premium.

Paid Time Off

· Holidays - You are eligible for up to ten paid holidays. These days are:

New Years Day Thanksgiving Day-
Memorial Day Day after Thanksgiving
Independence Day Christmas Eve Day
Labor Day Christmas Day
Two floating holidays voted on by the employee population

· Vacation – Vacation is earned based on continuous service and the amount of hours you work each year.  Vacation is administered on a calendar year basis. 

Financial Security

· Retirement Plan – Our retirement plan consists of Profit Sharing, 401(k) and a Roth 401(k).  After six months of employment you become eligible for the 401(k)/Roth 401(k) plan.  You can defer up to 50% of your compensation to the maximum IRS limit.   Eligibility for Profit Sharing is met after working twelve months of continuous service and 1000 hours.  Entry dates after meeting the eligibility requirements for both plans are Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct 1.  You make your investment choices from the listed funds for the monies in this plan and have access 24 hrs a day, 365 days.  The Profit Sharing Plan is a discretionary plan.

· Monthly Bonus - Employees can earn up to 10% of their monthly income as a bonus.  This is dependent upon meeting our company goals and your individual performance ratings each month.  This is a discretionary bonus plan.

Additional Benefits

· Tuition Reimbursement - We encourage continuous learning and gaining of new skills.  Reimbursements of up to 100%, dependent on the nature of the study, could include the cost of tuition, books, software and related materials for successful completion of approved course/program with a “C” grade or better. 

· Jury Duty – If you are called upon for your civic duty we may pay the difference of your regular wages against what you receive on jury pay, up to a maximum of 60 days in a calendar year.

· Funeral Leave – Should you lose a loved one in death, you may receive up to three days of paid benefits depending on the extent of arranging for and attending the funeral.

· Sam’s Club - Employees are offered an opportunity to become members of Sam’s Wholesale Club at a discounted amount.
